Updated directory list

I'm probably getting too obsessive about directories but I've updated my list of top web directories with free web site submission. As well as adding a bunch of directories over the last week or two, I've also added two important details from a search engine optimisation point of view: whether the directory is indexable by search engines and whether they use clean links to your site which search engines can detect.
